So today i Started my 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse, when i left to Puerto Rico i weight 113, so i gain 3.6 lbs not bad but got to get back on track, weight goal is 105 and have a smaller waist, my current waist measurement is 34 inch NOT good, but im going to get where i want, im going to do P90X untill my Less Mills Pump gets here, So Stay Tune to see how much weight i loose by doing the 3 Shakeology Cleanse ♥
