Delicious Shrimp Tacos!
1/4 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced 1/2 tomatoes, diced 1/2 Green Peppers 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon chopped red onion 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon of Adobo Goya Salt and Pepper to taste 1- Lemon 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1/4 pound salad shrimp 1 (10 inch) 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla, Warmed. Toss Cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, and lime juice (squeeze the lime) together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Add Olive Oil to the pan and the shrimp; cook and stir until pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.To serve, place a few shrimp onto a warm tortilla, top with Tomato and Avocado and fold up. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
